What are they going to do?

That 1 Guy

Tonight, Sonja and I went to Lawrence to see Buckethead at the Granada. This is the second time we've seen him there, the first being last November.

This time, That 1 Guy opened for him, and then later played for the entire show with Buckethead and his drummer.

That 1 Guy, which is, I should point out, the name he goes by, was amazing. He plays what appears to be two vertical metal pipes that are connected to a laptop. That's all that I can figure out. The sounds that came out of it ranged from an electric guitar to an upright bass to full out hard techno. I can't really describe it any better than that, so just check out this video. If you have any idea how this instrument works, or even what he calls it, please let me know.
