I Have A Four Pants

Songs to Wear Pants To.

"I make songs in any genre, for free or for money, based on instructions people send me."

Don't miss:
#260 "YMCA Muzak"
#257 "This Girl"
#254 "Thinking About Thinking About ... "
#245 Polka Loca!
#242 "The Sweater Song"

He's done 276 of them so far, and this is just a partial list. I would provide links, but they'd be linking directly to the mp3s on his site. Post any other good ones you find in the comments.

I'm Over Here Now

So yeah, I got tired of my full name as my web address, so this dumb site is now seanblog.com. I had some better ideas for domain names, but in the end, I figured the simpler the better, so ... there you go.

As an aside, the only email addresses that I check now are as follows:
>>> The Gmail address listed on this site
>>> My other Gmail account (which my friends already have)
>>> My work address

So, if you still have any seancorcoran.net email addresses in your contact lists, delete 'em. I temporarily turned them back on, and was hit with 3,464 backed up spam messages, and two legitimate ones. I left the main "@seancorcoran.net" address active for a couple weeks, and all I got was spam, so I've shut them off again. If you happen to send a message to one of those addresses, it should get bounced back to you.

Anyway, if you notice any broken links or missing images, please let me know. I tried to update all the archives as best as I could, but I'm sure I missed a lot.

Umphrey's McGee @ Val Air Ballroom 11.09.05

Many times while at a concert, I find myself thinking, "I can't wait to download this show so I can listen to what I'm missing." That happened last night.

The Val Air Ballroom is a cool venue, but the sound quality during the concert was lacking. The vocals sounded muffled and the guitars weren't as crisp as I'm used to. However, listening to the show on the way back to Kansas City, the sound quality on the UMLive discs is awesome. Possibly the best-sounding UMLive recording I've gotten.

Overall, it was a good show with a lot of breakout songs, and Siskow's first.

More concert pictures to come soon, hopefully including some from tomorrow night in Lawrence at Liberty Hall. If you haven't seen the pictures I took at UM's Skyline shows in early September, click here.
